Mossvale Highland Ranch · Australia

Terms & Conditions

Using this website and enquiring about our cattle.

About these terms

Website terms — for owner review

These draft terms cover use of the Mossvale Highland Ranch Australia website. Commercial arrangements for any animal sale are set out in the written agreement for that sale and in the Animal Sales Policy. The owner should have the final version of these terms reviewed (including the governing law/jurisdiction, which should reflect the ranch’s actual Australian location once confirmed) before treating them as final legal terms.

Content & listings

Information on this site

  • Content is general information about miniature Highland cattle and our ranch. Care and veterinary content is not a substitute for professional advice for your animals or property.

  • Only a listing marked ‘Available’ represents an animal offered for sale, and details are confirmed during the enquiry. Illustrative photographs do not depict specific animals for sale.

  • Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reservation or purchase. A sale exists only when confirmed in writing.

    Your responsibilities

    Using the site lawfully

Do not misuse this website, attempt to access it or its forms unlawfully, submit false or spam enquiries, or reproduce site content or imagery without permission. Buyers are responsible for their property readiness, destination PIC/NLIS/state compliance, and ongoing care of any animal they purchase, as discussed in our guides.

    Liability & law

    Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the ranch is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information without individual advice. Once the owner confirms the ranch’s home state or territory, that jurisdiction’s law should be recorded here and in sale agreements.
